How long does delivery take?
About two weeks door to door. Your items reach our Dubai hub within days, fly to Entebbe on the next consolidated shipment, clear customs, and are ready for pickup or delivery in Kampala.
How do I pay?
50% deposit when you accept your quote, 50% when your order arrives in Uganda. Pay by MTN or Airtel Mobile Money, card, or bank transfer — all in UGX.
What does it cost?
Shein orders: 10% of your cart value, and we do the buying. Temu, Amazon, Noon, Zara, ASOS and similar stores: UGX 30,000–45,000 per kilogram, inclusive of shipping and customs clearing. Perfumes carry a flat handling fee of UGX 20,000 per bottle — they're light, so this usually beats per-kg pricing.
Are there things you can't ship?
Yes — a few categories can't fly with us: mobile phones, power banks, lithium batteries, hazardous liquids, and counterfeit goods. Not sure about an item? Message us on WhatsApp before you order and we'll confirm in minutes.
Can I shop from a store you haven't listed?
Almost certainly yes — send us the link on WhatsApp and we'll confirm. If the store delivers within the UAE, we can fetch it.
Is my money safe?
Fetch UG Limited is a registered Ugandan company. You get a formal quote before paying anything, receipts for every payment, and live tracking of your order from purchase to delivery.
What about customs and taxes?
Included. Our clearing agent handles all customs procedures at Entebbe — the price we quote is the price you pay.
