  2. We buy & ship

    Pay a 50% deposit. Our Dubai team buys your items, receives them at our hub, and flies them to Entebbe with customs handled.

  3. Delivered to your door

    Pay the balance when your order lands. Pick it up in Kampala or have it delivered — about two weeks after you ordered.

Questions, answered

How long does delivery take?

About two weeks door to door. Your items reach our Dubai hub within days, fly to Entebbe on the next consolidated shipment, clear customs, and are ready for pickup or delivery in Kampala.

How do I pay?

50% deposit when you accept your quote, 50% when your order arrives in Uganda. Pay by MTN or Airtel Mobile Money, card, or bank transfer — all in UGX.

What does it cost?

Shein and Temu orders: 10% of your cart value, and we do the buying. Amazon, Noon, Zara, ASOS and similar stores: UGX 30,000–45,000 per kilogram, inclusive of shipping and customs clearing.

Can I shop from a store you haven't listed?

Almost certainly yes — send us the link on WhatsApp and we'll confirm. If the store delivers within the UAE, we can fetch it.

Is my money safe?

Fetch UG Limited is a registered Ugandan company. You get a formal quote before paying anything, receipts for every payment, and live tracking of your order from purchase to delivery.

What about customs and taxes?

Included. Our clearing agent handles all customs procedures at Entebbe — the price we quote is the price you pay.
